tabs working in part of my site… and not in other?

I have an issue with shortcodes ultimate which boggles me – they seem to work within older posts like this one:

and yet seems broken with new posts on the same site
https://teleskopy.net/2015/04/czyzby-po-raz-pierwszy-zaobserwowano-ciemna-materie/
