Tag ‘amp-story’ is not allowed to have any sibling tags

Hi @sportkhelo thanks for getting in touch. I can see the AMP validation error you are referring to. This could be the result of a plugin/theme conflict so I’d advise following these troubleshooting steps first to see if you can spot any conflict.

I’d also be happy to check your Site Health Information if you could share that via this private form. If anything stands out here then I will let you know and we can test this further.

@sportkhelo Thank you for sharing. I can see a few plugins what we have seen conflicts with in the past so it would be useful if you could temporarily disable those and check your Story once more to see if you get any validation errors. The plugins to try this with are:

• Ezoic
• LiteSpeed Cache
• Rank Math

Let me know how you get on with this and if the validation error clears with these plugins disabled temporarily.

What should i do after deactivate this plugin? resubmit link in search console?

@sportkhelo Once the plugins have been disabled, run your Story URL through the AMP validator to see if it returns any errors.

URL is not available to Google

@sportkhelo Can I check a few more things here with you:

1. Who is your current hosting provider?
2. Do you see any console errors while in the Stories editor?
3. Could you try also temporarily switching theme to a WordPress default theme such as Twenty Twenty
4. Did you try the troubleshooting steps listed above and if so did you see any changes?

@sportkhelo Can I check if you currently have the Ezoic plugin disabled on your site or is it currently active? If so would you mind deactivating it and letting me know so that I can run a check on your Story. It looks as though the code causing this could be coming from that plugin and I can run some checks to see if this is the case.

@sportkhelo Thanks for confirming this. Could you also please clear cache from your W3 cache plugin as this may also be contributing and once done I can check your Story once more to see if the Ezoic references have cleared.
