Tag Categories

Hi, I wonder whether this can be done. I want tags to be used with categories, meaning that if I click on a tag, only the category(s) that is/are assigned to the tag is/are shown. However, there’s no option to include tags into categories. Are there any other ways? I am thinking of doing some filtering using the tags. Please provide me with an advice. Thank you
