Tag Cloud stopped working

Hello

I have just updated my site to 2.8 and am running a theme called “thelatest” Before the update everything was fine, but I have just noticed that the Tag Cloud in my sidebar is not showing any tags. I have changed some settings in the theme, but not the tags block.

I know little about php coding, the reason I went for a wordpress site, but am hoping someone can help?
