Thank you for contacting support.

You are using a value of 1 for the “max-snippet” option in the robots meta settings for the page. That indicates to Google that it should use a maximum of 1 character in the snippet (description) generation.

Please set those values to the default which is -1 and it means unlimited so Google will generate the description according to their limitation on the number of characters.
