tag error in generated HTML

If ran my page HTML source through the W3 HTML validator . There is an incorrect page break tab in the section of HTML. I think </br> should be <br />. I think the issue is on lone 69 or 70 of /cookie-law-info/legacy/admin/modules/ccpa/ccpa.php.
