    Hello,

I have the free Tag Groups plugin installed on my WordPress site, which uses WooCommerce for ecommerce. I was using the shortcode [tag_groups_alphabetical_index] to create a directory of the different types of gemstones I use for my jewelry. I noticed today that the directory was gone and only the shortcode remained. When I went into my dashboard, I saw that I no longer had the Tag Groups administration, and it is no longer in my plugins list. However I went to re-install the Tag Groups plugin, and received the error message: “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.” The plugin just worked yesterday and I have not made any changes on the backend of my site that would have removed it. I also tried reinstalling it from the zip file, and I do not see it in my plugin editor. How can I get it back if I can’t re-install it from the plugins page?

    Thank you,

    Tayla
