    Hello,

I have connected my Pinterest and WooCommerce account with this plugin, but I’m still getting Tag Health Issues after 1 month. No purchases yet. At first, Pinterest said everything looked fine and to ignore the errors, but got Support back to me and said my site still had tag health issues because of the plugin.

Here is a screenshot of tag health: https://tinyurl.com/ydd2c5vq

    Hey @klivs ,

    Hope you are doing well!

You can check your tags health with the Chrome extension “Pinterest Tag Helper” https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/pinterest-tag-helper/gmlcbajhgoaaegmlbaclmmmhpmfdajmp

To checking it you can test a Purchase order.

    Best,
    Christian

I have the same issue. The product ID in the Checkout and Cart tags still return errors after several weeks.
The page visit event seems to send product ID but not the add to cart tag according to the pinterest tag helper. How do I fix this?
    Thank you!

    Hey @kuppelofen1 ,

    Hope you are doing well!

try to check the following link conflict test on a Staging site, could be some plugin or even the Theme you are using. We need to isolate the problem first.

If you can’t find the issue, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.

    Best,
    Christian

    Hey there,

Since we haven’t heard back from the OP in a while, I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

Hello, I have tested the plugin and all events fire correctly, but the Tag Health error is not clearing up. I hired a developer to help me check it. I have 30+ plugins, so it’s a bit difficult to deactivate and test everything.

So, everything works, but the tag error is still there. Are there any known plugin conflicts?

    Thanks,
    Kari

    Hey @klivs ,

    Hope you are doing well!

if tag events are working fine on your site, you need to contact Pinterest Support and explain the situation. Is not a plugin issue.

    Best,
    Christian
