Tag is inactive

    hi,

    On my google ads account, it says that my tag is inactive and has been inactive since December 20th.

    Does this have anything to do with the plugin. if so what is causing it?

    Under settings, I have filled out:
    Google Ads Conversion ID
    Google Ads Conversion Label
    Google Analytics UA

    Has it been working before?

    The tag can be reported inactive,

    • if no conversions have come in for several days
    • if the conversion id or label are not set correctly
    • if the payment gateway doesn’t redirect to the purchase confirmation page
    • if the gtag has been deactivated, but no other gtag is fired in the correct sequenc

    If you had recent conversions, and you think it is none of above reasons, send us the debug information from the support page to [email protected]
