Tag Line Change

Hi, My tag line changes when and administrator looks at it and when an anonymous user looks at it. When I look at it logged in, it says the new tag. When I log out and look at it it says the word press default line.
I am new at this, I hope someone can answer. HostGator looked at it and said I should contact wordpress because it shouldn’t be doing that and everything looked like I changed it correctly.
