Tag manager is connected via sitekit, but when I open the tag assistant via tag manager, it does not show a tag. Analytics is doing well (not via tag manager, but separately)

Hi @akrkmpr thanks for opening a support topic with us. When viewing your domain using the tag assistant I can see an Analytics tag but nothing else. Can you please confirm that you have Tag Manager connected in Site Kit?

I’d be happy to take a further look into this for you if you could share your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.?With this I can check to see if anything stands out from your current site setup.

Let me know if you have any questions at this stage.

@akrkmpr Thanks for sharing the information. Can you confirm that when going to Site Kit > Settings > Connected Services > Tag Manager that you see your connected container ID GTM-KKN??????

Having looked at your site source code, it looks like there may be something interfering with the Site Kit placed code. This could be the result of a plugin or theme conflict. To check this, please follow the steps here which will allow you to run Site Kit as if all other plugins are disabled. Let me know how this goes. You may also need to try and disable plugins manually as well as use the troubleshooting steps.

Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

Thanks for the tip! I looked for it and the plugin ‘lightspeed cache’ gives the problem. What can I do to resolve the problem?

@akrkmpr Nice find! This will likely be due to a particular setting within the Litespeed plugin. We have seen issues previously when users are using JavaScript minification. I’d suggest checking if you have this switched on and if so try switching it off to see if that fixes this for you. You can find this setting by going to LiteSpeed Cache > Page Optimization > [2] JS Settings > JS Minify.

As this is a conflict with the LiteSpeed plugin I’d suggest reaching out to their support forum for further assistance with this.
