• In this HTML snippet I’m observing that the #_EVENTEXCERPT placeholder is always wrapped in a strong tag. Is this styling coming from Events Manager? If so, how would I override it? Thanks.

    [events_list category=”Portland” scope=”all” tag=”this month”]
    #_EVENTIMAGE
    <p>#_EVENTLINK
    #_EVENTEXCERPT
    #_EVENTDATES, #_EVENTTIMES</p>
    [/events_list]

  • This sounds more like a theme issue. If you test with the default WordPress theme do you still have the same problem?

I don’t think so…this is inside a Beaver Builder HTML block, and only on the EVENTEXCERPT placeholder. I have other HTML blocks in the theme and they don’t do anything similar…

Ignore. Found the problem. tag on excerpt that had been forgotten about. Thanks.

I’m with the same problem. I have been using this plugin for 2 year and with the last update of the plugin, my html tags inside EVENTEXCERPT now are removed. Please @pflagpdx , how did you solve it?
