Tags are for downloading previous versions. It’s not required to add them each version. We post there only major stable updates

Ok but it seems you have a problem on the i18n, (no text domain). If you want the extension to be translated by the community, please follow this doc :

Just adding text domain is not enough to add localization in Gutenberg plugins, because most of strings are inside javascript, but, it’s in plans to add it in nearest updates. We also have plans to add WPML compatibility
