Tag rather than all posts on front page list

you could try to add some code similar to https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Plugin_API/Action_Reference/pre_get_posts#Show_Only_One_Category_on_Home_Page into functions.php of your (child) theme.

example code (untested):

function my_home_tag( $query ) {
    if ( $query->is_home() && $query->is_main_query() ) {
        $query->set( 'tag', 'specific' );
    }
}
add_action( 'pre_get_posts', 'my_home_tag' );
