Tagging PDF for Q&A format

    I am remediating a document. It’s basically 46 pages of hospital related Q&A, so some of the answers are several lines long. It seems to me my choices are one of the header levels, <P> or <Normal>?

    The client presented me with a word conversion that ended up all <Span>
