Gotten warnings on several sites now that “The Plugin “Sucuri Security – Auditing, Malware Scanner and Hardening” has been removed from www.ads-software.com but is still installed on your site.”

This does not seem to be correct.

Please let me know if I am wrong, or if this is a bug in your software.

Hi @jarledb, thanks for your question.

www.ads-software.com did indeed remove Sucuri due to a temporary issue getting hold of them via the plugin’s registered email by the looks of things: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/sucuri-plugin-closed-as-of-20-march-2024/

Wordfence will report the status as seen on www.ads-software.com’s repository, so if it has been rectified (my test scan just now didn’t pick this up) your next full or manual scan should clear the notice.

    Thanks,
    Peter.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I see that now. It was a problem on Sucuri’s end that caused the issue.

Thanks again, and keep up the great work!
