Tagline aligning with site title twentyseventeen them

Hello,

I am currently working on the site https://cyanskycopiers.ggaglobal.net, I am attempting to raise the tagline a little to have it on the same line as the site title. What css would I be able to place to accomplish this? Or how would I be able to accomplish this?

I attempted to create a child theme but when I activate it, it alters the appearance of the site
