Tagline and Social Block completely separate from nav menu

I would like to put the nav menu at the top of the header with the Tagline and Social Block below it and possibly not necessarily connected to the rest of the nav menu.

I have seen on numerous threads on how to manipulate the Tagline and Social Block horizontally but not how to manipulate them vertically without the nav menu also moving.

Although i am a beginner I would like to make a few sites using customizr and I would like to completely separate the Tagline and Social Block from the nav menu and be able to manipulate each of the 3 elements (Tagline – Social Block – nav menu) independently vertically specifically, as well as horizontally.
