Tagline is doubling in upper-left (but I don’t use a top menu)

Never mind, a friend helped me do a quick fix by throwing this into the bottom of style.css:

#site-navigation {
display: none
}

#cc_spacer {
height: 0px
}

Ugh, it looks like it’s still showing up on mobile. How can this be fixed?

Fixed it truly, and re-resolved. It was in Theme Header (header.php); delete the “navbar” stuff. It would have been very helpful if there was an easy option to remove it available in “Customize.”
