Tagline Not Appearing…

Hi,

I have a tagline saved, but it is not appearing on my page. Any ideas?

I tried deleting the cache, and using different browsers to see if that was the issue.

Also, when the tagline appears, will it be my <H1>?
I used inspect element in Google, and I did not see my H1 or tagline on the page, and I definitely want a H1.
