Taglines not rotating using tagline rotator

Hi,

I have tagline rotatorplugin before with WordPress 3.01 and it works fine but it doesnt seem to work at all with 3.1. I have follwed the instructions from https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/tagline-rotator/ and it says:
“Update 12-28-10: If you’re running an updated version of WP (i.e. 3.0 or later), the plugin may not show your taglines at first. If you deactivate and reactivate the plugin, your taglines should appear.”

But deactivating and reactivating plugin doesnt do anything.
Any ideas anyone on what I can try to jumpstart this plugin into action.
