taglineXML Trouble

I am using the new taglineXML plugin by Yas from no.oneslistening.com and am receiving the following error:
Wrong parameter count for xml_set_element_handler() in /wp-content/plugins/taglineXML/taglineXML.php on line 19. The author does not know how to support XML. Any idea what’s up
