    Is there any plan to add {POST_TAGS} as an option to autopublish?

  • For this reason we changed to “WP to Twitter” it adds tags with #tags#

    {POST_TAGS} is supported in premium version of WP Twitter Auto Publish,
    however you can add custom message(the post tags can be added) to message format at metabox of each post.
