Tags

Hi,

I have recently started a self-hosted site and right now I am trying to modify somethings. I got stuck on one thing, tags. To be clear I want to change how tags below posts look, not the tagcloud or anything similar.

So instead of plain text saying ”this entry was tagged Fun,Life” I would like to modify it somehow, like to put small sticky notes- look-a-like, with tag name written in it. Is there any plugin that could help me?
