  • G’day Frank,

If you’re using NGG 2.0, you can do this with the new ngg_images shortcode; doco here, but it doesn’t cover the “how” which is like this:

    [ngg_images tag_ids="czapla" template="caption" display_type="photocrati-nextgen_basic_thumbnails"]

If you’re still using NGG 1.9.13 (because it isn’t broken!) then you can add the NextGEN Download Gallery and use its nggtags_ext shortcode like this:

    [nggtags_ext gallery="czapla" template="caption"]

    cheers,
    Ross

    Hi Ross,

I’m using NextCellent Gallery 1.9.15 but I’ve decided to give NextGEN Download Gallery a try anyway. The extended shortcode works perfectly. Thanks for your suggestion.

    Frank

Ha! I actually didn’t notice that it was a different plugin! I’ll have to check this out ??

    cheers,
    Ross
