Tags and Rich Pins
-
I setup this new Pinterest for WooCommerce plugin and was successfully to create a catalog and shop is appearing on my Pinterest business account. I have a few questions I cannot figure out with your documentation. By the way, I just enabled debug today, just in case you have questions regarding that.
I checked the tracking checkboxes. Docs state “The Pinterest tag code is added to relevant pages of your website.” Is there a way I can validate this, as I am receiving tag errors. Or is it necessary to add code to my site manually?
Also, I checked Rich pins checkboxes. However, I also have WooCommerce SEO doing the same thing. I purchased Yoast WooCommerce SEO for Pinterest rich pin capabilities, but I am unsure if these 2 play together nice. I wonder if one overrides the other or if both can live together. The reason I ask is that I am not seeing prices on my Pinterest Pins yet. They all look like WordPress post rich pins, not product rich pins.
I know this is a new plugin, so I understand if there is tweaking. And it is free. It is works well, I would be more than willing to pay for something like this in the future.
