    Hi. I’d really appreciate your help regarding this. So when syncing my products, I don’t want some products to be exported. I tagged them so that they can be excluded. They aren’t being excluded. They are still being synced. Why is this happening? How can I delete these products after syncing? The option of deleting a product from catalogue can’t be done unless I deleted it from my website. And even if I tagged them after syncing, they aren’t being removed.

    I understand you specifically selected Do Not Sync for some products, but they are in the Facebook catalog regardless.

    You can first start by deleting the Facebook catalog and resyncing everything from WooCommerce > Status > Tools.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response or in a Gist.

    The issue isn’t resolved yet. I’ll attach the report soon. I have another question, can I upload the same products for multiple catalogues? I have 3 pages so can I uniform the catalogues for all three of them?

    The extension only connects your site to one catalogue, however, there could be to achieve this from Facebook’s side. I suggest you get in touch with their team about this.
