tags are not inserted

Hi,

for about a two of weeks I haven’t been able to create a new tag or even a new category. It tells me that the term cannot be entered into the database. I contacted the Hosting and they did all the checks. They say it doesn’t depend on them because the database is in place. I tried disabling the plugins but nothing. They told me it could be related to the theme or some of its updates. I’ve had it since June.
