Tags dont show up

Hi, I am using the digg3 theme for my projects blog. https://www.bfpandes.org
When I add tags to ablog post itsaves them but these are not visible when you look the blog post from the main site. Do i need a specific plug-in? Is it something to do with code. I have a good it support team at work who could fix anything to do with code.
Any help would be very appreaciated.
