Tags from NEW article text not from database?

I don’t know if you understood me well .. I’m talking about for example:
You have a new written fresh text article… (I click on the button) the button generates tags (new words from that new text) that was just written.

It may be irrelevant, here is a joomla plugin called SEO Generator (search for it on internet) which is very interesting as it automatically adds tags to the text
