Tags Hover Background Colour

    Thanks for your attention!

    I need help with customizing the hover background color for the tags widget inside the footer.

    Currently, when hovering, the background color is the standard blue.
    I would like the hover color to be transparent, and the border to have a radius of 5.

    I’m looking for a short code that I can copy and paste into “Additional CSS” as I’m non-technical.
