Tags in widget not working?

Hi,
i have some trouble with the tags in the sidebar:if i asign a tag to a faq it is appearing underneath the tag,
1) if i click there it is showing up and the url looks like this:
https://www.domain.xx/faq/?include_tag=stornierung and tags opens like faq1)when click on several tag widgets the url looks like this:
https://www.domain.xx/ufaq-tag/stornierung/ and tags opens like post pages,how can i achieve the same result as part 1?
