Tags Not Displaying!

I have done an exhaustive search through the archives here for a resolution to my issue. My tags are not showing up after doing an upgrade to 2.6.3. I am not sure what the issue is. I’m simply using <?php the_tags(); ?> as a means of calling the tags up. <?php the_tags(‘before’, ‘separator’, ‘after’); ?> does not work either. I am really stumped on this one as to what’s causing the tags not to be called up and displayed. Ironically, if I do go to a page [i.e., https://www.manrilla.net/blog/tag/jazz/] that links to a tagged page, the url works. Odd…
