    Hi,

… please click on the “GT Universal an.” box. This will open the debug view for that particular tag. Scroll down to the trigger section, there you should see which condition of your firing trigger has not been met. Could you post a screenshot of that section as well?

Or can you post a GTM share preview link here to be able to enter into debug mode in your GTM container without the need to get access to it?

    Hi,

You have a Google Analytics settings variable with the name “Google Analytics Tracking ID” – this is “undefined” in each GTM event for some reason. I do not see why, but this is blocking your tracking codes.

Try to remove, recreate it and reassign it to each GA tag.

    Hi Thomas,

    Thank you.

I can see now that events are being triggered along with tags, that is great!
The last issue is that revenue and transactions are not being shown in Analytics.
Have added all settings and debug view: https://imgur.com/a/4t6XNcf

I’m using 2 different plugins for:
    “WooCommerce Google Ads Conversion Tracking”
    “WooCommerce Google Ads Dynamic Remarketing”

    Could this cause the issue?

I have followed your guide: https://gtm4wp.com/for-advanced-users/missing-google-analytics-transactions-here-are-10-reasons-why.html
But I only see option #8 as the reason.

Not closely related but you should revise some options you have set in GTM4WP:

    * Cart as 1st step: this is needed in some special cases, I wouldn’t turn this on unless you are willing to see the cart page as the first step of the checkout funnel
    * Use SKU instead of ID: it might be required if you are using a feed plugin that includes the product SKU as product ID instead of the internal ID. Otherwise this option is not mandatory to be set
    * Do not flag orders… : once you manage to track orders, this option turned on will send the same order multiple times if your customer revisits the same order received page. I would keep this turned off.

You have an event called “page_view”. This is not generated by GTM nor GTM4WP. It might be related to your Google Ads plugins. If you are using GTM, you can fire your Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags within GTM, no other plugin is necessary.

You seem to have multiple payment gateways on your site. Are you sure that all gateways force the user to be redirected to your webshop with the need of the user to click on a “back to merchant” button?

Can I somehow place an order and use one of these without the need to use any real back card data? Do any public test card numbers exists for your payment gateways?

    Hi Michael,

First of all, thank you very much for your big effort on helping with the settings and debugging.
I finally found out the issue. The previous woocommere owner had this plugin installed at some point in the past, and there he had this setting enabled: “Allow all, except the checked items below (blacklist)”.
This was apperently saved in the database even though the plugin was deleted before we installed it.
Now it works like a charm!

I have made a review for this plugins as well, really impressed with the plugin and even more your support.

    Have a great weekend!
