Tags not working

    Goodday!
    I use your plugin for some time now. The last couple of months, however, it seems like the tags $post_url and $title aren’t working properly… is there any way to fix this?

    Hum, that’s really odd as I haven’t really made any updated. I’ll try and check it out this weekend though. Thanks for letting me know.

    Maybe something went wrong with an update of WordPress itself? Or some plugin messed my WordPress-install up? Please let me know if you find anything, and: no rush – there’s little trouble in copying the URL manually ?? but it would be easier if the tags worked.

    I was able to test against the older version that was out at the time, as well as 4.9.1 and there no issues with the variables being swapped out as expected. The code is doing a straight str_replace function which is a native PHP function. str_replace is case sensitive which might be an issue (I can make a note to fix that later).
