Tags not working!!

Hi all,
I am using th0th’s Movie Collection which is great for adding reviews to my site, however I am having an issue. I have contacted the developer but no answer ??

th0th’s Movie Collection adds a “movie” category manually to wordpress and every movie review your write gets dumped into it. However I am trying to assign another category and tags to the post. I want to add “review” as the category and various relevant tags.

In the editor I specify each as normal (see screenshot and video) but when I visit my site and, for example, click the review tag they’re not there! When I check the “review” category they’re not their either!

this means I can’t create a menu link to “Reviews” without creating a custom link for the search term review, which I don’t want to do because I end up including things I don’t want in the results. Basically I have written reviews on more than just movies and want to bundle all my reviews together. I can’t get around this, any thoughts?
