Tags not working as expected

I have got this working, but if there is a #hashTag inside the post I’d like it to work in a similar way that hashtags work if you’d posted them in Mastodon – so a user clicking it would then see all posts by all users on their instance with that hashtag.

Instead, it links to my website which I do not want.

Is there any way to do this? Thanks so much!
