Style tags now being wrapped in p tags

  • I’m seeing style tags created within shortcodes now being wrapped into <p> tags, which gives them added whitespace, ruining some layouts. Is this something that can be corrected in the Scripts n Styles tag, or is this a WordPress setting that can likely not be changed?

    I know you can omit wrapping on all elements in WordPress, but in the past, I used Scripts n Styles to avoid this annoying feature and its contents – including the <style> tags – would be left alone. Now I’m seeing wrapping around style tags. I was hoping this could be something corrected from within the plugin? I have years of work that is now being upset with added whitespace.
