tags problem

I have a problem in my site.
google find some element that i cant find in code..
if i have a page: https://www.example.com/x/x/
he find another page (notices about 404 error there – ofcourse): https://www.example.com/x/x/example
someone have any idea why that thing happends?
it happens only in tags pages.
