Tags search is not loading the tags in add / edit

That screenshot raises a good number of questions. What plugin interface is showing here? Does the tags interface work for you on normal, standard WordPress post editing screens?

Based on the UI in the provided screenshot, I suspect you may be using a custom integration that make use of TaxoPress tag auto complete ajax.

In that case, I’ll advise you check the error message and update your code request to match the plugin update/required parameter since you may be getting the error due to your custom code been outdated or not sending all the expected requirement.

Steve Burge(@stevejburge) Thanks for your reply. It’s custom development using TaxoPress. The previous developer modified or developed to have tags to load for multiple chose.
