This seems to be a bug with Polylang, so I’ll open a different thread.

I have multilingual tags, so that I can have articles for “Portugal” both in Portuguese and English, with the same display name (which is the whole point). However, I noticed that when I go to the tag’s page, I get articles mixed in both languages, see this example:

    https://www.lookleft.eu/en/tag/portugal/

This is the English version of that tag, /en/, therefore I should only see articles listed in English and nothing else. But as you can see, the last two articles are in Portuguese. They shouldn’t be in this list at all, actually, the link to the archives point to 404 because I happen not to have any article in English published in that date.

    Hi

Did you create this tag before that Polylang was activated on your site?

You should create a Portugal translation from this English tag.

Yes, I have those two tags related to each other, see image below:

So I assume everything should work smoothly? The original tag was created before I installed Polylang, I just related them recently.

You must reassign now your tag in Portugal language to your Portugal posts.

    That worked, thanks!
