Tags???

  • Being new to WP I’m trying to get my head around what tags are and how they are used… they seem to be an important feature and I’ve seen tags blocks on a number of sites…

    Can someone enlighten me please

    I’ve tried al combinations of checked boxes at the top of the configuration settings…. so I’m beginning to think it may be something to do with my server??? I know I can’t update themes via the Dashboard (I have to FTP) and when setting up sites I have to manually upload the config.php…

    Do you think that this could be the problem?? I checked in my wordpress installation, and the /tag/ folder hadn’t been created… I manually created it, but it still doesn’t appear to work.
