    Hi,
    I downloaded all the tags plugins I could find but this is the only one that could handle CPTs so I love it ! ?? many thanks for the great inspiration and work.

    I’m using tags_post_id=0 which is great – all working fine.
    Was wondering how much work it would be to show all tags in group but highlight tags assigned to the current post.

    many thanks

    Chris

  • Hi, thanks for your message, and sorry for the late reply!

    I think that this new feature would require changes of reasonable amounts, I will look into it in January when I’m back at my PC. The highlighting could then be done by adding a particular CSS class.

    Hi Chris,

    the ‘Amenities’ widget on this page shows it if that helps in any way ? ??

    I hope that the version 0.16 is able to provide what you were searching. I have also added another optional parameter to force displaying all groups – that might make sense if you need to show all tags but with different stylings.

    You can see it in action at https://www.christoph-amthor.de/2015/01/13/styling-assigned-tags/

    Hi Chris,
    Ive been wanting to get back & try this since I saw the update – yes this is superb ?? Thankyou so much for taking the time to do this. Your plugin is a pro upgrade to the standard wordpress navigation – I just love it. Its one of those things you think – why doesn’t it just do that ? Its a Black Swan ??

    I was not too sure on the CSS but I ended up pasteing this into ui-lightness\jquery-ui-1.10.2.custom.min.css

    .tag-groups-cloud-tabs .tag_assigned_0 {color:grey}.tag-groups-cloud-tabs .tag_assigned_1 {color:green !important}

    I’m guessing its the right thing & place to put it since it worked ??

    Thanks again – I’m will make a donation on your charity pages

    Thank you!

    If you don’t want to change css files (because later you might forget and then overwrite it – happened me) there are also plugins where you can insert custom code into the header part. On my blog I use “General Headers” but there might by others. Just wrap the styling in <style> tags.
