“take a minute to leave a review on www.ads-software.com” keeps appearing

The little popup message with “Hey! It’s been a little while that you’ve been using Footnotes Made Easy. … We would be so grateful if you could take a minute to leave a review on www.ads-software.com” keeps reappearing all the time. I’d like to be able to turn this off, can this be done at all? Clicking it away doesn’t help, it’ll be back with the next page update.
