Take ages to save the authenticated string

    Hi, we installed and authenthicated correctly but when we click the save button it stays saving for ever… no way to get it working…

    can you help me?

    Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the trouble,
    Required to know if using backwpup plugin? or any other plugin with google api then chances of creating a conflict, in this case deactivate that plugin and try to authenticate, if still issue exists then send screenshot of active plugins at [email protected] so that we can help you!

    yes, it was the backwpup, can I now activate again the backup plugin? please note that, when I connect the google account and I have the code from google, if I inmediately click on the check link it is not going to work(it generates an empty link) , I have to save the contact form and than all is working. thank you!

    Yes Exactly, After saving only link will work!
    You must have to keep wpbackup deactivated then only this plugin will work.
    As the Google API is conflicting as lower version of Google API is used in wpbackup plugin.
