Take all suggestions made for SP+

    Hi,
    You can take all suggestions I made for SP+ and apply them to SupportCandy.
    For example, “ben changed status to Awaiting agent reply 23 seconds ago” is partially useless because we know what is the actual status/agent/whatever! We want to know what was the previous state.

    Regarding this one, you might not need this but such timeline logs are needed for accountability of the action for many users or large organisations.
    You can also see last status on such timelines.

    I didn’t say I don’t need it! I said it useless to have it as is!
    If you have a red car and we say “The color has changed, it’s red now”, it’s *useless* because I can see it, everybody can see it. It just gives a date information.
    A real usefull information is “The car was previously white and it’s now red”.
