  • Hi, I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems.

I’m not the developer of the plugin, but I do use it on all my sites and love it; it works perfectly for me. These kinds of questions/reviews come up from time to time, and in the past, the problem has always turned out to be a conflict with another plugin (usually a security or login-related plugin), or that there was a misunderstanding about how to setup the plugin.

I can’t remember seeing any time where the problem turned out to be a bug in the plugin.

Does the problem still happen if you temporarily disable all other plugins and switch to one of the default themes?

It’s also unusual to setup the plugin for another account; they typically have to do that on their own, because they need to scan the barcode on their phone, etc. Were you just doing that to test the plugin?

The problem still happen. I add a new user and told me that he is not active.

I ACTIVATE him in the dashboard but the problem continues.

Now I TURNOFF all my plugins and the problem persist. The WORST is because even if I disable (and delete) the Google Authenticator the problem persist.

I will have to BUILD another website to solve the problem.

Or, in a small words, THIS PLUGINS IS HORRIBLE!!!

If your problem persists even after uninstalling my plugin, it’s obviously not caused by my plugin.

@wpwebdesignmiami I have this plugin running on a few websites without any issues. When you say the following. Did you also then login in as the user you added and followed what @ian Dunn suggested above?

I ACTIVATE him in the dashboard but the problem continues.

You might like to read the following instructions. Let me know if they help you.

    Regards
