Take care with the suscription!

Ui ui ui. The plugin is ok if you are able to apply many CSS (example: the close button always give problem, the responsive is very bad). So the product is decent for a amatorial project, but if you don’t want problems I reccomend other plugins maybe free and sure work better.
But the big problem is the company, when you buy the product take care, you buy a suscription (with automatic annual renew: maybe advise in the terms and conditions that no one read. You don’t read terms and condition of facebook.. image the terms and condicions of Sygnoos [popup-bulder]) and they DON’T alert you before, after 1 year. After 1 year you don’t use the plugin but they charge you.
And if you chat inmediatly with them and ask for a refund because you DON’T want this plugin, they reply you: “we are sorry we can’t”… and if I reply: “if the problem is the paypal commission please rest this from the refund”… but nop.. is impossible for them click on this small button “refund”.I think that we are in the 2022 and an company that use this “cheap tricks” to stolen you 8,4$ deserves this review for alert other users.
The problem is obviously not $8.4 but the fact that you feel cheated by some smartasses who think that’s how business is done. There are better companies, better people. That’s why my opinion, but I think is better don’t buy PopoupBuilder for a matter of principle… and for not have in 1 year a bad day ??
