    Response times for free support forum can take up to a week depending on support load from paying customers.

    I am going to be doing a round of replying to support topics on this forum tomorrow.

    For issue 1, to improve email delivery speed you should use an external email delivery service such as SendGrid. This will increase speed greatly. We use it on our site and they have a free plan which you can use.

    2. Please provide more info on this issue.

    Hey,
    1.Hey you send the sendgrid but its not working on my site

    2. when user register on site from here the submited users First name and last name are not taking in wordpress backed

    1. What steps did you do to get it working on your site?

    2. Can you make the First name and Last name fields editable by user on registration form and try register a user and see if issue is still there or not.
