Take Notes When Using This

I had this installed on three sites. One it was working perfectly until yesterday. The other two this morning. I could not access my dashboard/admin side at all. It changed every page, not just the login page. I had to go to my cpanel and delete the plugin. Either it needs a patch or it’s not compatible with the updated WordPress.
